Kedleston Estate, situated in Derbyshire, has been owned by the Curzon family for over 900 years. It lies over 4,000 acres of gently rolling land, containing mixed arable and livestock tenanted farms, woodland, traditional buildings, walled gardens and a residential portfolio.

The residential property portfolio is let through Scargill & Mann in Derby.
